Our students are all ages, shapes, sizes, levels of ability and professional backgrounds.
The classes have a seasonal approach which includes a wide variety of healing yoga postures. The postures are taught so that everyone can participate at their own level. Each pose focuses on percise body alignment which enables the students to receive the benefits of yoga quickly.
