Meet our students
I am most fortunate that my sister is the instructor Alex. She has brought yoga into my life. I think there are many benefits of yoga and its teachings. It challenges you both physically and mentally. It has helped me with stress management with the use of breathing techniques. Yoga has also brought awareness to my eating habits along with other aspects of my life. The most significant positive effect was during my pregnancy and labor. I did not get diabetes and excessive weight gain during pregnancy as I did with my first child and I had a drug free labor. I am happy that I can share yoga with a group of children at my job at Greenfield School .
