Meet our students
If you are tired of stiff joints, aching muscles and no energy, then yoga is for you. I have experienced a transformation of my body and I feel healthier. I have tried all sorts of regimens, from weight training to stretching, but nothing compares to yoga. Attending group classes and taking private lessons from Alex has substantially increased my flexibility and strength. My body feels younger and my golf swing is much better. I have experienced an increase in driving distance as a result. As a National competitor in long drive tournaments, increased distance, with consistency, is what is all about. It can help anyone!
